WARTHOG-03-2200S is a universal wheeled robot mobile chassis, which adopts front Ackerman steering and rear axle differential drive. The chassis is fully functional and highly integrated, with a variety of customizable configurations, and can be used in a variety of working conditions. The self-developed front suspension has a compact structure and a unique design. It adopts a double A-arm left and right balanced push rod type single deceleration transverse design, which greatly improves and optimizes the stability and passability of the vehicle. In terms of rear driving force configuration, it adopts an overall differential hard bridge, equipped with a brushless DC motor and driver, the motor has an encoder, and the driver has a complete communication interface. The standard power lithium battery is 48V30Ah, and has a BMS battery protection system. The brake system is configured as a front disc and rear drum, which functions as a driving and parking brake. The tires are explosion-proof solid tires, which have strong adaptability to road conditions and are maintenance-free. The appearance of the shell has been carefully industrially designed, and the internal space of the shell is large, which is convenient for users to carry electrical equipment. This chassis is suitable for all use scenarios suitable for wheeled chassis work, and can be widely used in special robot application industries such as investigation, inspection, exploration, scientific research, and teaching.
