MA-600 magnetic crawler wall-climbing robot, which consists of two magnetic crawlers, cabin body, bottom magnetic absorption group and front and rear auxiliary suction cups; the crawler is made of polyurethane flexible material, the inner teeth are meshed with the driving wheels, and the outside is uniformly distributed with neodymium iron Boron magnets. The magnets have magnetic conductive plates on both poles and are integrally covered with polyurethane. The mounting plate on the track and the magnets are fastened by riveting to avoid the risk of screw connection falling off. The mounting plate is 0.5mm-1mm higher than the magnet. During operation, only the flexible mounting plate is in contact with the inspected wall surface to avoid friction damage between the magnet and the inspected wall. The crawler has a self-tensioning mechanism and a supporting wheel; to increase the reliability of adsorption It is equipped with auxiliary suction cups, one set is arranged at the front and rear of the car body, and it can be folded and stored.
It is composed of a substrate, a magnetic group and a universal nylon ball. The universal ball and the adsorption wall are in rolling contact, and the distance between the magnetic group and the wall is controlled within the optimal range. There are chamfers around the auxiliary suction, and it can guide the suction cup to pass smoothly when there are welding seams and other bumps on the wall. The capacity is within 5mm of welding height; the cabin is 2mm304 stainless steel laser cut and welded into a box shape with a carbon fiber hatch cover. , There is a silicone sealing ring in the middle to make it a closed cabin. The cabin is equipped with a power drive system, including two sets of AC servo motors and waterproof treatment. The motor protection level can reach IP54, which can be upgraded to IP66.
There is surplus space in the cabin for other equipment; there is a suspended suction matrix magnetic assembly at the bottom of the cabin, which makes the wall climbing operation more reliable. The standard parts of the robot connection and fastening are all made of stainless steel, and the threaded connections are coated with special anti-loosening glue; the supplier only provides the mechanical chassis part of the robot, and the electrical control part is designed, installed and tested by the buyer, and the supplier will give guidance if necessary assist.
